    The elderly lady at the DMV drivers license doesn't know how to hand out information. She's always in a bad mood and misinformed me that the drivers license test would be a write out test. She doesn't seem to know that there's a difference between written exam and a multiple choice exam. I came one day at 3:30pm and she said I had to come the next day because it was "too late" to take the exam. The day after that, I arrive at 12:30pm and she said the computers have been down for 2 days. Why wasn't I informed the day I came in the first place?
